I am writing this note to say "Thank you" to the RAC Man who was on callout tonight. I didn't get his name, but he was very kind and helpful, even stopping off on the way here to buy some milk! I really appreciate that because I have two sick children and at the moment no car for the trip. I wish there were more people around like him! I'd never trade my R.A.C. membership for anything.

Our Experience

After we were involved in an accident, Phil transported our car to his yard until we could arrange for a repairer. He is an RAC contractor. The next day he took the car to our chosen repairer and was most.
We didn't have to worry about our vehicle even though we were in unfamiliar territory.
